WHAT TO EXPECT

A day on the water is unlike any other form of Corporate Hospitality. Your guests cannot fail to be be impressed by the sheer presence and quality of our luxury yachts, the adrenaline rush from the vessel's responsive handling and the indulgence of our on-board catering. What's more, with no means of escape - once your guests are onboard they're a captive audience, enabling you to really get to know them in an open and receptive way!

Before any event, your guests will be provided with everything they need to know about the day ahead - what to bring and where they'll be going, and provided with the contact number for our guest concierge service - someone who will be available at Clarity to handle any questions they have and organise any services such as hotels and travel arrangements.

On the day itself, guests will know exactly where they're meeting up and upon arrival will be met by our Event Director and shown to their yacht. They'll be welcomed on board with a glass of champagne and a tasty hot breakfast. After introductions are made and everyone relaxes, a short safety briefing will be given by your skipper and the crew introduced. Before you know it, you'll be ready to slip the berth and head out of the river or harbour to the open sea. For those new to motor yachting, the moment the throttles are opened and the boat climbs onto the plane is unforgettable!

The day then evolves depending on many factors - where you're heading for lunch, what the weather is doing, whether there are any other activities planned - or you'll just spend the day relaxing and chatting to clients and colleagues. With so many places to visit for sightseeing from all of our south coast bases, what's certain is that there will be ample time for socialising and getting to know your guests to cement those important bonds and build business relationships.

If you're taking lunch on board then you'll usually head to an idyllic anchorage or to one of the most famous sailing centres such as Cowes, Yarmouth or Dartmouth in the West Country. Lunch is where the VIP hospitality really takes place - unparalleled quality of food always freshly prepared specifically for your event - chosen from a wide variety of menus complemented with fine wines served in a relaxed, informal manner with an attention to detail right down to the crisp white linen napkins. Alternatively you may wish to head ashore to one of our highly recommended restaurants within walking distance from a harbour or marina for a more traditional lunch.

Your afternoon activities commence when your guests are ready and always offers every guest the chance to helm the yacht with expert tuition - or perhaps you will take in some water sports or high speed RIB rides. Afternoon Tea will follow shortly afterwards whilst exploring more of the coast line - usually with a trip up a remote river or creek before finally returning to berth around 5.00pm.

Guests may then depart at their leisure and your Event Manager will be on hand to ensure everyone has everything they need. Evening activities for those staying over can be organised with expert knowledge of local venues for all occasions.

Each yacht has an on board a 'Boat Camera' which guests and crew are encouraged to use throughout the day. The camera is waterproof and shock proof and at the end of each day your Event Manager will download the photos to a secure part of our website where your guests can view, download and upload their own photo's to share with the group.

Our skippers and crew work solely for us - we don't use crew agencies or anyone who hasn't been trained to our high standards - well above the level required by law.

Operating events from April through to October each year - we specialise only in luxury motor yachts, and as such we're not as weather dependent as other outdoor events. All our yachts have ample entertaining space, typically with three distinct guest areas - the fly-bridge, cockpit and the saloon - with most open areas able to be covered in case of any inclement British weather.

At Clarity we believe in being open and transparent about our prices and don't hide behind a telephone number where you're destined for heavy sales tactics. The price you see is the price you pay. All prices include a fully qualified and experienced Skipper and Crew Member as well as all the fuel you would use in a typical day.
