Challenge your colleagues or your clients to a fun-filled team building event involving activities based around our luxurious yachts and high speed RIBs. Suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness your group may start the day as strangers but will quickly become friends.

Team building events at sea have a strong reputation for being able to bond team members and help identify who is best at filling which team role. At Clarity we have developed a number of team building activities that help achieve this. Working in close relationship with each clients requirements we tailor activities involving our yachts, high speed RIBs and shore based venues to achieve the maximum from your event - and your team.

A TYPICAL EVENT

Each event is different - from the objectives of the day(s) through to the budget and therefore the best way to understand what can be achieved is to give one of our consultants a no-obligation call. Typical events tend to be focussed around a Treasure Hunt style activity, with this type of activity being one of the easiest to customise to your own requirements. We have recently hosted events where the object of the 'hunt' has been based around a game of Poker and even a game of Bingo!

Whatever you choose, before the day arrives, your guests will be provided with everything they need to know about the activities ahead - what to bring and where they'll be heading. Some events require some prior exercises to be completed and some will require participants to take on specific roles throughout the day - all this can be extremely good fun and add a dimension to a day that no one expected!

On the day itself, guests will know exactly where they're meeting upand upon arrival will be met by their Event Director. Team building events generally require a more in-depth briefing on the days activities and objectives - along with the safety aspects, rules and introductions to those taking part. We usually perform this over breakfast at a venue in the marina. Then, as the participants are split in to groups they have time to decide on their tactics and are shown to their respective vessels.

The day then evolves depending on the activities involved. Rest assured that everyone's safety and progress is being monitored closely with plenty of Clarity staff and crew on hand to guide the day to success. All teams have access to refreshments (non-alcoholic) and lunch will usually be located at a waterside venue - e.g. a BBQ by the river, allowing participants to arrive and depart at their leisure.

When the day is over and participants return back to base, they'll be greeted with Champagne and drinks and taken through a quick de-brief. For Treasure Hunt activities there'll of course be winning teams and so the prize giving will either be held in the marina, at a venue close by or at an evening prize giving dinner.

This type of event really does bring your team closer together - by combining our fabulous motor yachts and the UK's best high speed RIBs, participants really do get the adrenaline pumping through their veins whilst focussing on the objectives at hand - there really is no escape and no dull moments!

If you're really keen on the pyschology of a day then we can plan specific activities involving trained HR consultants who will assess the participants' involvement and skills. These type of activities can be included as part of a Treasure Hunt style day or as standalone activities at locations throughout a day of meetings and hospitality. Again the possibilities and choices are best discussed with one of our consultants.

Given that every event is unique to your specific requirements, pricing can vary significantly depending on your event. We will always be open and transparent about our pricing structure for all aspects of the event and work with you to achieve your objectives within your budget.
